Pricing your home correctly can make or break a sale, as it directly impacts the interest of potential buyers. While it may seem like a daunting task, here are three ways you can effectively price your home to attract potential buyers.

1. Aspirational Pricing:

As a seller you will  price your home for more than what it is really worth. This doesn't work! Because you would be preaching to the wrong audience! All you will be doing is selling someone elses home since your overpricing makes similar homes look like a deal!

2. Market Value Pricing:

Your will probably sell your home relatively quickly ! Specially if your home is in great condition.

3. Right Below Market Value Pricing:

This is the real deal making pricing! This positions your house as a real attractive option that drives multiple offers  situations and that gives you more and better options as a seller.
